ASP.NET is a development framework for building web pages and web sites with HTML,
CSS, JavaScript and server scripting.
jQuery is a lightweight, "write less, do more", JavaScript library. The purpose
of jQuery is to make it much easier to use JavaScript on your website. jQuery takes
a lot of common tasks that require many lines of JavaScript code to accomplish,
and wraps them into methods that you can call with a single line of code.

Responsive web design and development is a set of techniques used to make sure a
website looks and feels great on an array of different devices. In the world of
iPhones, tablet computers and high-def monitors, responsive web design is incredibly
important.
